Gentle low impact exercise for flexibility, strength, core and balance. Friendly group classes held at Tomaree Library & Community Centre (Waratah Room). Chairs available for support. Floor & non-floor options.

Thursdays at 8am, 9am, 10am & 11am (ActiveSgtrongerBetter program - chair based at 11am)

$10 per class

Low impact, moderate intensity, small group exercise for a full body workout - cardio fitness, strength, core and flexibility. Utilising a range of fitness equipment in the non-intimidating Tomaree Library & Community Centre (Waratah Room).

Fridays at 11.00am        $10 per class

Low impact, moderate intensity, circuit/tabata style exercise class for over 50's (some cardio, strength, core, flexibility) done ONLINE in the comfort of your home or while away! Option to do live or use the video to do later. Approx. 45 mins

Tuesdays at 9.00am or access video for 1 week

$10 per class
