Low impact, moderate intensity, circuit/tabata style exercise class for over 50's (some cardio, strength, core, flexibility) done ONLINE in the comfort of your home or while away! Option to do live or use the video to do later. Approx. 45 mins
Tuesdays at 9.00am or access video for 1 week

One-on-one cardiovascular, strength, core, flexibility training customised to your individual needs, fitness levels and conditions.
