I underwent the analysis, which is very thorough, and was given a detailed account of my strengths and weaknesses.

"I’ve been attending Bayfit/Debbie’s fitness classes since May 2016 and most recently the Circuit for Over 50’s. My doctor said it would be good for me to exercise ,and though I did do a little walking, I found that I lacked confidence and motivation to continue exercising on my own.
Not having been to a gym or fitness class before and having a few health conditions I was a bit nervous about attending at first. After meeting and discussing my medical conditions with Debbie I felt she was a genuinely caring and helpful trainer and happy to provide alternatives during exercise classes to work around those medical conditions.
The classes are small enough so that Debbie is able to give each one of us her personal attention during exercises while making sure each exercise was suitable for my conditions and offering options if they were not.
The classes have not only helped me increase my flexibility and fitness, I’ve developed more confidence and feel more motivated. I’ve also met several new people in the Bay.
