It's just like coming to a BayFit class, but you can do it in the comfort of your home and whenever it suits you! You choose the level of exercise suitable for you.
But, only undertake this exercise if it is safe for you to do so and your doctor considers that it is ok for you to do low impact, low-moderate intensity exercise.
